rp888 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary terms, promotional terms, or game-specific rules published by rp888:

To register and maintain an Account on rp888, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any person employed by rp888 or any of its affiliated entities, technology partners, or game providers.
5. You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had your Account suspended or terminated by rp888 for a violation of these Terms.
6. You are not attempting to use the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rp888 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
7. You are not knowingly attempting to circumvent any access restriction, geographic block, or technical measure implemented by rp888.

rp888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any balance pending investigation.

Each Player may hold exactly one (1) rp888 Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rp888 may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held within them upon detecting such activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on a government-issued identity document;
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number, which will be used for OTP verification and account security alerts;
• A valid email address;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 or older;
• A username and secure password of your choosing.

You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point. rp888 may suspend or terminate any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate. Any winnings generated through an Account registered with false information may be voided.

rp888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for that decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rp888 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

rp888 will never contact you by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to come from rp888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your rp888 Account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you. rp888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, subject to the limitation that rp888 will investigate all reported instances of unauthorised access in good faith.

You must notify rp888 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. rp888 will take appropriate steps to secure the Account pending investigation.

All deposits to rp888 Accounts are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rp888 does not apply currency conversion fees. The following deposit methods are currently supported:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata;
• E-wallets: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by rp888 at the platform level, though individual payment processors may apply their own transaction limits. rp888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

rp888 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts registered to a spouse, family member, or friend — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your Account and the return of the deposited funds to the originating account. rp888 accepts no liability for delays or costs associated with such returns.

rp888 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money balance from their rp888 Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction;
• Your Account must have passed the applicable KYC verification level required for the withdrawal amount requested;
• Any active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name as your rp888 Account.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows under normal operating conditions: e-wallet withdrawals (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) typically process within 5–15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) typically process within 5–30 minutes. Processing times may extend during Indonesian public holidays or periods of high withdrawal volume. rp888 operates its payments team on a 24/7 basis.

rp888 does not charge withdrawal fees at the platform level. Any fees imposed by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player. rp888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, as part of its AML compliance obligations.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by rp888 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

1. Bonuses are available to verified Players with a single active rp888 Account. Players with multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus.
2. Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. One welcome bonus per household, per device, and per payment method.
3. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the promotional terms for each offer.
4. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Unless otherwise specified: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates will be published in the promotional terms.
5. rp888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including for operational reasons or where it suspects the promotion is being abused, exploited, or used in conjunction with prohibited conduct.
6. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or pattern betting designed to exploit bonus terms, is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and the permanent suspension of the Player's Account.

All bets placed on the rp888 Platform are governed by these General Terms, the product-specific rules published within each section of the Platform (sportsbook rules, casino game rules, togel draw rules), and the rules of the relevant third-party game providers. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that product.

The following general rules apply across all rp888 betting and gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and assigned a reference number cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per product and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface at the time of placing the bet.
• rp888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the outcome was known at the time of betting, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, rp888's records shall be the definitive source of truth. Where a third-party game provider's outcome records are available, those records will also be considered. Players may submit a formal dispute via the support team within 30 days of the disputed event.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's rp888 Account balance in real time or within the time frame specified for each product, subject to any applicable deductions for tax withholding required by applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on rp888;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your name;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Placing bets with the benefit of insider information, match-fixing information, or knowledge of a predetermined outcome;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to generate unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players, rp888 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, chip dumping, or arbitrage designed to circumvent the spirit of rp888's promotional terms;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rp888 staff or other users through any communication channel.

rp888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their betting activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within their Account settings:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss limits: daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can lose;
• Session time reminders: notifications alerting you to the duration of your current session;
• Cooling-off periods: temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-exclusion: a longer-term account deactivation of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion.

All content on the rp888 Platform — including but not limited to the rp888 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the intellectual property of rp888 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rp888 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the rp888 Platform without prior written authorisation from rp888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp888 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or personal data resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Any third-party game provider errors, malfunctions, or incorrect game outcomes, where rp888 has made good-faith efforts to resolve the issue in accordance with the provider's published dispute resolution procedures.

rp888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your rp888 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rp888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

rp888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rp888 will provide reasonable notice to affected Players via email, on-site notification, or by publishing a revised version of these Terms with an updated "Last Updated" date on this page.

Your continued use of the rp888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account. You may close your Account by contacting rp888 customer support.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gambling regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp888 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and rp888, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes concerning bet settlements, payment processing, and account issues can be resolved through our support channels within a reasonable time frame.

rp888 maintains formal internal dispute resolution procedures. If an informal resolution is not reached, you may escalate your complaint to rp888's formal complaints process by submitting a written complaint to the contact address set out in Clause 15. rp888 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 21 days.

When contacting rp888 regarding a specific account matter or complaint, please include your registered username, the email address associated with your Account, and a clear description of your query or complaint. rp888 will not be able to discuss Account-specific information with any person who cannot first verify their identity as the Account holder.
